Eleanor Daisy Alice Noyce

Hi! My name is Eleanor and I'm a London-based freelance journalist and copywriter. I specialise in sex and relationships, health, disability and LGBTQIA+ culture, and I have bylines in The Independent, Cosmopolitan, i-D, VICE, Women's Health, Refinery29, Radio Times, Glamour, POPSUGAR, Healthline, inewspaper, Bustle UK, Mashable, Reader's Digest, Metro, Stylist, Tribune, Inflow, CLASH, Giddy and more.
I have six years' worth of experience writing long-form features, explainers, news pieces and first-person essays. I also have one year's worth of newsroom experience specifically, working across The Independent, Metro Lifestyle and Pink News.
Formerly the Junior Staff Writer at DIVA Magazine, the leading publication for LGBTQIA women and non-binary people, I champion bisexual representation, disability and neurodiversity in my work. To date, some of my favourite pieces I’ve penned include this deep-dive into orgasmic manifestation for i-D, this essay on navigating Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria for Refinery29, and this feature on ADHD Cluttercore for Stylist.
Elsewhere, I have two and a half years' worth of copywriting experience. In April 2022, I was headhunted by Lovehoney - the UK's leading destination for sex toys and lingerie - to produce invigorating content for e-commerce and educational purposes, covering everything from promotional Advent content to kink. I've also been producing copy for Coolstays since July 2021, a company offering unusual and unique places to stay throughout the UK and Europe, including treehouses, lighthouses, cottages, windmills and glamping.
Alongside my writing, I have experience in radio, podcasting, panels and events. I am skilled in Adobe InDesign and Premiere Pro, CMS systems (WordPress and Wix), SEO and social media journalism and management (Sprout, Sked, Canva, Tweetdeck), basic media law and responsible image sourcing and video and audio recording (GoPro, Zoom H2N Handy Recorder, Canon SX 540HS).
