BBC Radio 5 Live:
In January 2022, I was invited to appear on BBC Radio 5 Live to reflect on the legacy of Tracy Beaker. Celebrating its twentieth anniversary, I discussed the show's representation of class, single parenthood, finance and LGBTQIA+ issues during the Breakfast Show with Chris Warburton and Eleanor Oldroyd. In 2021, I covered the reboots in the form of My Mum Tracy Beaker and The Beaker Girls for Refinery29, Stylist and Out News Global.

BBC Radio Foyle:
In May 2022, I appeared on BBC Radio Foyle to talk about LGBTQIA+ representation in Channel 4's hit comedy Derry Girls. I argued that it has furthered WLW representation onscreen, handling Clare's coming out with nothing but respect.
In June 2022, I returned to BBC Radio Foyle to discuss Rebel Wilson's coming out and the Sydney Morning Herald's threats to "out" her with their scoop. I argued that whilst Rebel was very brave in choosing to tell her story before the tabloids did, her coming out wasn't authentic in that she was forced out. I compared this to Labour MP Maureen Colquhoun's outing in the 1970s by the British press.

Homotopia Panels:
In October 2022, I chaired a panel on queer women on stage and screen for Homotopia, an international LGBTQ+ arts festival held annually in Liverpool. A post-show panel held at the Everyman Playhouse, panellists included Alex Ogden Clark, Dr Rowena Gander, Melissa Lowe, Mary Higgins and Jessica Meade. During the panel, we discussed A Billion Times I Love You, portraying authentic sex scenes, queer women on TV and in film and the future of representation. In November 2022, I was invited back to speak on a panel about the future of queer media.

podDIVA:
The coveted podcast by DIVA Magazine, podDIVA, relaunched in November 2021. I hosted/appeared on:

European Diversity Awards/British Diversity Awards/DIVA Awards/Rainbow Honours:
As part of my role as Junior Staff Writer at DIVA Magazine, I assisted with the events side of the company. Run by the Diversity Umbrella Group, the European Diversity Awards and the British Diversity Awards honour the trailblazers promoting Diversity, Equality and Inclusion across the UK and Europe. As part of this, produced and sub-edited engaging copy for the website and events programmes, coordinated and managed social media outreach, designed engaging graphics using Canva and acted as a stage runner for the coordination of video content.
The DIVA Awards are an annual celebration of LGBTQIA women and non-binary people across politics, business, the media, sport, and more. Taking place in April 2022 as part of Lesbian Visibility Week, I conceptualised the copy for the new website and led on social media strategy, designing fresh, engaging graphics across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook uniting DIVA's longstanding status as a community-based publication with its contemporary global outlook as the leading publication for LGBTQIA women and non-binary people.
